Main Task - BBFC



BBFC means British Board of Film Classification.
The British Board of Film Classification is an independent, non-governmental body which has classified cinema films since it was set up in 1912 and videos/ DVDs since the Video Recordings Act was passed in 1984.
























These are the different types of film Classification there are.

U - Universal. Suitable for all.
PG - Parental Guidance. General viewing but some scenes may be unsuitable for young children.
12/12A - Suitable for 12 years and over.
15 - Suitable only for 15 years or over.
18 - Suitable only for adults.
